This link between Telza and Saul Wahl is regarded as "fanciful speculation" by some genealogists. |
It is stated as fact in "R. Moshe Rivkas" (Benyamin Rivlin, 1971).       see more on this here  But Telza is not mentioned in "Gedulat Shaul" (by Tzvi Edelman, 1845). |
Dr. Neil Rosenstein gives no credence to this link. |
Chaim Freedman defends it here (look for Telza) as plausible that Telza was daughter of Meir, son of Shaul Wahl. This would mean she was born around 1580 when her father was about fifteen, and gave birth to Moshe Rivkas in 1596 at age sixteen. |
